Finance below the market, sets the market. BMO obviously was short. History has shown finance below market is to get market to trade at the lower price for 2 reasons, brokerage short, so they get backfilled in the market by the market, or insiders think they smart and do a below market financing and the market trades there, or nono is rollbacks- silver juniors didn't, and sat around for 5 years at 2 cents, now they higher and cashed up
