again. once more than 2 people from 2 entities know a merger or takeover is going to happen then disclosure has to be made. why are not ALL directors and officers banned from those entities?
how bout them fukers from africa and europe and south america how bribe around the world then fly up to canada with the ill gotten gains and take over canadian entities.
