Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - February 12, 2024 - BYND Cannasoft Enterprises Inc. (Nasdaq:BCAN) (CSE:BYND) ("BYND Cannasoft" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mor Bzizinsky to its board of directors.  Ms. Bzizinsky received a B.A. in Law and Economics from the College of Management in Rishon LeZion, Israel.  She has been an attorney since 2012, and owns and manages a private law practice.

 

Per Nasdaq’s board diversity rule, as a foreign private issuer, the Company now meets the objective with two female directors.  Although the Company will not be subject to this rule until the end of 2026, it has resolved to satisfy the requirement prior to that time.
