The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 6,122,448 shares at 24.5 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $1.5-million.
Number of creditors: one creditor
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
