These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 16.5 million shares with 8.25 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 18, 2019. Of the 8.25 million warrants originally issued, 328,801 have already been exercised by the holders thereof.
