Further to the bulletin dated Jan. 10, 2020, with respect to the company's acquisition of the issued and outstanding shares of Minera Mandalay Challacollo Ltda., the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of an additional 306,122 shares at 24.5 cents per share as a finder's fee.
