GENESIS AI WELCOMES TERRENCE OSIER TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Genesis AI Corp. has appointed Terrence Osier to the board of directors. Mr. Osier is a professional geologist with 18 years of experience in the uranium industry. He is currently the vice-president of exploration for Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp., a U.S.-focused company that is currently exploring and permitting uranium projects in the state of Wyoming. From 2004 to 2013, Mr. Osier was the lead geologist for Strathmore Minerals Corp. in its Wyoming operations. Mr. Osier has a master of science in geology from Idaho State University and a bachelor of science in geology from Western Washington University.

Genesis also announces that Jordan Potts has stepped down as a director of the company, effective immediately. Dev Randhawa, chief executive officer, stated: "We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Potts for his valuable contributions during his tenure as a director. His expertise and support have been instrumental to the company's growth. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
