Shahir Guindi has resigned from Aimia Inc.'s board of directors, effective today, for personal reasons.

As disclosed on March 27, 2025, Aimia's current slate of directors, Rhys Summerton, Robert Feingold, Steven Leonard, Tom Little and Asif Seemab, will stand for re-election to Aimia's board at the company's coming annual general meeting of shareholders, slated for May 21, 2025, in Toronto. The company expects to file its management information circular with full details about its coming AGM on April 17, 2025.
