Purchase price:  54 cents per share

Number of placees:  54 placees

Total existing insider involvement:  4,972,871 (five placees)

Total pro group involvement:  7,432,727 (four placees)

Agents' fees:  an aggregate of $2,119,629.03 payable to Stifel Nicolaus Europe Ltd., Panmure Gordon (U.K.) Ltd., Arion Bank hf., Landsbankinn hf.

The company issued news releases on Oct. 31, 2022, and Nov. 3, 2022, confirming the closing of the private placement.
