Number of shares:  62,724,758 common shares

Purchase price:  $1.25 per common share

Number of placees:  64 placees

Total existing insider involvement:  2.7 million (one insider)

Agents' fees:  an aggregate of $2,492,180.48 payable to Stifel Nicolaus Europe Ltd., Landsbankinn hf. and Fossar fjarfestingarbanki hf.

The company issued a news release on Feb. 23, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement.
