NOTICE OF ICELAND CAPITAL MARKETS DAY

Amaroq Minerals Ltd. will hold a capital markets day on Thursday, June 13, from 14 p.m. to 16 p.m. GMT (10 a.m. to 12 p.m. EDT and 15 p.m. to 17 p.m. BST). The event will be held at Landsbankinn's headquarters at Reykjastrati 6 and the doors will open at 13:30 pm, with a reception will be held after the event.

The Company will provide a full overview of its operations in South Greenland, including an update on Nalunaq operations, progress made to date and plans for the next year, with visuals and presentations from the senior management team and other speakers.
