APPOINTMENT OF HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Amaroq Minerals Ltd. has appointed Edward Westropp as head of business development and corporate affairs and a member of the company's executive team.
Mr. Westropp has over 20 years of experience in mining and natural resources. Most recently, as head of IR (investor relations) and communications at WE Soda Ltd. Mr. Westropp was previously vice-president of investor relations and communications at Lundin Energy SA, until its sale to AkerBP ASA in 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Westropp led the EMEA Energy & Natural Resources team at FTI Consulting. He joins Amaroq with effect from March 24, 2025.
Eldur Olafsson, chief executive officer of Amaroq, commented:
