APARTMENTLOVE ANNOUNCES $300,000 NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT UNIT OFFERING

Apartmentlove Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 7.5 million units of the company at a price of four cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $300,000.

Each unit will comprised: (i) one common share in the capital of Apartmentlove; and (ii) one common share purchase warrant of Apartmentlove. Each warrant shall be exercisable to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of five cents for a period of two years from the date of issuance of the warrant.

Proceeds from the private placement will be used by the company for working capital and repayment of bona fide debt.

All the securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four-month restricted resale period under Canadian securities laws.

The private placement is subject to all necessary regulatory and stock exchange approvals, including, but not limited to, approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
