ARway Corp.'s common shares are now available for trading in the United States on the OTCQB Venture Market under the stock symbol ARWYF.

Uplisting to the OTCQB Venture Market requires the company to meet higher financial standards and disclosure requirements. After spinning out from Nextech3D on Oct. 26, 2022, ARway was directly listed in Canada on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and then duel listed shortly after in the United States on the Pink Open Market on Nov. 7, 2022. At the time, chief executive officer Evan Gappelberg stated the company's goal of moving to the more-liquid OTCQB Venture Market -- today that goal is realized.
