AVANTI HELIUM ANNOUNCES LISTING OF WARRANTS ON TSX-V

Avanti Helium Corp., further to the completion of its overnight marketed best efforts public offering of 9,035,665 units of the company at a price of 70 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $6,324,966 on Feb. 6, 2023, has received approval of its application to list the 4,517,832 common share purchase warrants partially comprising the units on the TSX Venture Exchange. The warrants will commence trading on the TSX-V on Feb. 10, 2023, under the trading symbol AVN.W.A.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at an exercise price of $1.00 until Feb. 6, 2025.
