AVANTI HELIUM ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO EQUITY INCENTIVE COMPENSATION PLAN

Avanti Helium Corp.'s shareholders approved all proposed resolutions at the annual general meeting of the shareholders held on Nov. 29, 2024, including an amendment to the company's equity incentive compensation plan. The plan was amended to increase the maximum number of common shares of the company issuable pursuant to awards issued under the plan to 9,681,210 and to comply with certain requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.
