The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that BlackBerry Ltd.'s 1.75 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures will be halted at the open and delisted at the close on Nov. 13, 2023. According to the TSX, the debentures will mature on Nov. 13, 2023, and the holders of the debentures will receive $1,003.50 (U.S.) per $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount, representing $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount and $3.50 (U.S.) for accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the maturity date.

The TSX notes that the holders of the debentures need not take any action to receive the payment price on maturity. The holders also have the option to convert their debentures into shares of the company, at any time before the close on Nov. 10, 2023, at $6 (U.S.) per share. This conversion price represents a conversion rate of 166.6667 shares per $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount of debentures. Trades on Nov. 9, 2023, and Nov. 10, 2023, will settle on Nov. 10, 2023.
