The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 7,392,859 common shares at a deemed value of nine cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $517,500 (U.S.).

Number of creditors:  eight creditors

Aggregate non-arm's-length party involvement:  six groups, $498,333.34, nine cents a share, 7,119,049 shares
