BUNKER HILL ANNOUNCES EQUITY COMPENSATION GRANT

Bunker Hill Mining Corp.'s board of directors has approved the grant of 672,450 restricted stock units (RSUs) to the chief financial officer of the company pursuant to the terms of the company's amended and restated restricted stock unit incentive plan. Each RSU will vest on Jan. 29, 2025, into one share of common stock of the company at a deemed price of 10 cents based on the closing price of the common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on Jan. 26, 2024.
