BUNKER HILL ANNOUNCES EQUITY COMPENSATION GRANTS

Bunker Hill Mining Corp.'s board of directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 5,936,737 restricted stock units to certain directors and officers of the company, including its executive chairman, chief executive officer and chief financial officer, respectively, pursuant to the terms of the company's amended and restated restricted stock unit incentive plan. The RSUs will vest in one-third increments on March 13, 2025, 2026 and 2027, into one share of common stock of the company at a deemed price of 11 cents based on the closing price of the common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on March 12, 2024.
