BUNKER HILL ANNOUNCES AMENDMENTS TO OUTSTANDING RSUS

Further to the news release dated March 13, 2025, Bunker Hill Mining Corp. has further amended the vesting schedule from May 1, 2025, to June 1, 2025, for an aggregate of 3,891,096 restricted stock units of the company previously granted to certain directors and officers under the company's amended and restated restricted stock unit incentive plan on Nov. 2, 2022, July 4, 2023, and March 13, 2024, respectively.

In addition, the company wishes to clarify certain disclosure in its annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, by confirming that the RSUs granted on Nov. 17, 2022, as indicated in the 2022 financial statements, were granted on Nov. 2, 2022, and instead of vesting on Nov. 17, 2023, 2024 and 2025, respectively, the first two increments of the November, 2022, RSUs vested on March 31, 2023, and 2024, respectively, with the final increment now vesting on June 1, 2025.

The amendments to the RSUs are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Each vested RSU entitles the holder to receive one share of common stock of the company. A copy of the RSU plan is available under the company's profile on SEDAR+.
