The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the amendment of an arm's-length option agreement to purchase certain real property in Idaho, United States. Pursuant to the amending agreement, the company will satisfy a portion of the total purchase price by issuing 4,761,905 units at a deemed price of 10.5 U.S. cents per unit for a total of $500,000 (U.S.). Each unit consists of one share and one-half of one non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of 25 cents per share for a three-year period.
