The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Evolve Enhanced Yield Bond Fund will list 50,000 unhedged Canadian-dollar-denominated units and 50,000 unhedged U.S.-dollar-denominated units at 5:01 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2024, for trading at the open on Feb. 15, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover units to be issued at $21.25 (Canadian) and at $21.25 (U.S.) pursuant to the terms of the prospectus dated Sept. 27, 2023.

The offering is expected to close on Feb. 14, 2024. The Canadian-dollar-denominated units will trade under the symbol BOND.B and with Cusip No. 30053G 10 7. The U.S.-dollar-denominated units will trade under the symbol BOND.U and with Cusip No. 30053G 30 5. Cash distributions of income on the units, if any, will be paid monthly in the currency in which the units are denominated. The transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto and the designated market-maker is TD Dominion Securities Inc.
