AIRBOSS ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The nominees listed in the April 6, 2023, notice of meeting and management information circular of Airboss of America Corp. were elected as directors of the company at the annual general meeting held earlier on May 10, 2023, in Kitchener, Ont.
