AIRBOSS ANNOUNCES DETAILS FOR AGSM AND Q1 2024 RESULTS TIMING

Airboss of America Corp. has released details regarding its upcoming annual general and special meeting of shareholders, to be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 9 a.m. EDT. The company intends to issue its first quarter 2024 earnings results prior to the meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

The meeting will be accessible via live webcast or by dialling in to the numbers provided below. This approach will support shareholder participation in the meeting.
