AIRBOSS ANNOUNCES BOARD APPOINTMENT

Airboss of America Corp. has appointed Maxime Robillard, MSc, CPA, CFA, CBV, a partner and senior analyst at Van Berkom Global Asset Management, to its board of directors, effective Jan. 26, 2026.

"Mr. Robillard brings financial, valuation and buy-side investment experience, as well as a long-standing understanding of Airboss, having covered the company for nearly a decade as an analyst and shareholder. We believe his perspectives on capital allocation, strategic evaluation and value assessment will further enhance the board's capabilities as we continue to execute our strategy and focus on long-term value creation."

Mr. Robillard is a partner and senior analyst at Van Berkom Global Asset Management, where he focuses on Canadian small-capitalization equities with an emphasis on industrial, financial and real estate companies. He has more than 15 years of buy-side investment experience, encompassing fundamental research, financial modelling, valuation and continuing engagement with management teams and boards. Prior to joining Van Berkom, Mr. Robillard spent over a decade as an equity analyst at Allard, Allard & Associes, and began his career in the deal advisory group at KPMG LLP. He holds a master of science in finance, and is a chartered professional accountant, chartered financial analyst and chartered business valuator.
