AIRBOSS ANNOUNCES BOARD APPOINTMENT
Airboss of America Corp. has appointed Leslie Graves, co-head of capital markets at R. Seelaus & Co., to its board of directors, effective Aug. 27, 2026.
"We are pleased to welcome Leslie Graves to Airboss's board of directors," said chairman and co-chief executive officer Gren Schoch. "Ms. Graves brings more than three decades of capital markets experience, including deep expertise in debt origination, trading and financial institution coverage. Her breadth of experience and strategic perspective will further strengthen the board as we continue to advance our strategic priorities and focus on long-term value creation."
Ms. Graves is co-head of capital markets and a partner at R. Seelaus, which she joined in 2017. She has more than 30 years of financial services experience, with expertise across capital markets, debt origination and trading. Prior to joining R. Seelaus, Ms. Graves spent five years building the financial institutions capital markets practice at Mischler Financial Group. She began her career at Credit Suisse, where she spent 26 years in various roles, including frequent borrower coverage, medium-term note origination and floating-rate note trading. Ms. Graves holds an BA in economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. She holds SIE and Series 3, 5, 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities industry qualifications.
