BQE WATER TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR END 2021 FINANCIAL RESULTS

BQE Water Inc. will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2021 financial results after market close on Thursday, April 21, 2022, which will be made available on SEDAR and the company's website.

A live webcast is scheduled for Friday, April 22, 2022, at 11 a.m. ET where Peter Gleeson, executive chairman, David Kratochvil, president and chief executive officer, and Heman Wong, chief financial officer, will discuss the results, followed by a question and answer period.
