BQE WATER GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

BQE Water Inc. is granting an aggregate of 52,500 stock options to directors, officers and employees of the company, with an exercise price of $30 per stock option and an expiry date of April 22, 2027.

These stock options are governed by the terms and conditions of the company's stock option plan, and will vest one-third one year after the grant date, one-third two years after the grant date and the remaining one-third three years after the grant date.

Following this stock option grant, the company will have a total of 102,640 stock options outstanding, representing approximately 8.2 per cent of the outstanding common shares of the company. This stock option grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
