The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a purchase agreement dated April 20, 2022, between Terry Christopher (the vendor) and Brunswick Exploration Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall acquire a 100-per-cent legal and beneficial interest in 60 mining claims located near New Ross, N.S.

As consideration, the company shall issue 100,000 shares and pay $15,000 to the vendor.
