The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an option agreement dated Nov. 22, 2022, between Brunswick Exploration Inc. and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall acquire an initial 50-per-cent interest and an additional 35-per-cent interest, for an aggregate 85-per-cent interest in potential lithium-cesium-tantalum mineralization on 514 mining claims, located in the James Bay region of Quebec.
