The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an option agreement between Brunswick Exploration Inc. and an arm's-length party. The option agreement allows the company to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 96 mining claims located in the Baie-James area, province of Quebec.

The vendor will retain a 3-per-cent gross overriding royalty. The company may purchase 1 per cent of the royalty for $1-million.
