The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a purchase agreement between Brunswick Exploration Inc. and an arm's-length party, in connection with the purchase of a 100-per-cent interest in five mining claims located in the province of Quebec, Canada, in consideration of $5,000 in cash and 12,500 common shares.

The vendor will retain a 2-per-cent NSR (net smelter return) royalty. The company may purchase half of the royalty for $1-million.
