The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Baylin Technologies Inc. is issuing one right per share held on Nov. 21, 2023, with one right and 19 cents entitling the holder to acquire one share of the company. According to the TSX, the rights will begin trading at the open on Nov. 20, 2023, under the symbol BYL.RT and with Cusip No. 072819 13 9. At the same time, the shares of the company will trade ex rights. The designated market-maker is RBC Capital Markets.

The TSX reports that trading in the rights will end at 12 p.m. ET on Dec. 19, 2023, and the rights will expire at 5 p.m. ET and will be delisted at the close on the same day. According to the TSX, trades on Dec. 15, 2023, will settle on Dec. 18, 2023, trades on Dec. 18, 2023, will settle on Dec. 19, 2023, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Dec. 19, 2023, will settle on the same day.
