BAYLIN TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES DTC ELIGIBILITY OF ITS COMMON SHARES

Baylin Technologies Inc.'s common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States through Depository Trust Company (DTC). DTC eligibility is expected to simplify the process of trading and enhance liquidity of Baylin's common shares in the United States, the world's largest capital market.

(DTCC), DTC handles electronic clearing and settlement for publicly traded companies.
