BAYLIN TECHNOLOGIES RECEIVES $1.5 MILLION (CAD) AWARD FROM A MAJOR BROADCASTER FOR ITS SUMMIT III HIGH POWER AMPLIFIER SYSTEMS

Baylin Technologies Inc.'s Advantech Wireless Technologies subsidiary has received a $1.5-million purchase order from a major South Asian broadcaster for its latest high-power Summit III Genesis amplifiers.

Advantech's new Genesis solid-state amplifiers operate on a CAN-Bus monitor and control operating platform. These modular systems are configured to produce 3.2 kilowatts of C-band power while delivering the highest mean time between failures and the lowest mean time to repair.
