DIALOGUE HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES TO RELEASE SECOND QUARTER 2022 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON AUGUST 10, 2022

Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. will release financial results for its second quarter of 2022 on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. ET. Dialogue will subsequently hold a live Zoom video webinar at 8 a.m. ET on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, hosted by Cherif Habib, chief executive officer, and Navaid Mansuri, chief financial officer. A question-and-answer session with analysts will follow the corporate update.
