The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. will be delisted at the close on Oct. 4, 2023. According to the TSX, 15115175 Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Life Financial Inc., has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of the company pursuant to a plan of arrangement, other than shares held by Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada and certain shares held by members of management of the company, who agreed to transfer a portion of their shares to the purchaser in exchange for shares in the capital of the purchaser.

The TSX notes that Dialogue Health shareholders are entitled to receive $5.15 in cash per share held. To receive payment, they must return the letter of transmittal together with certificates or DRS advices for the shares to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto.
