COLIBRI RESOURCE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Colibri Resource Corp. has received the resignation of Mark Smethurst as a director of the company, effective immediately.

The company thanks Mr. Smethurst for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
