The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Colliers International Group Inc. will list an additional 2,479,500 subordinate voting shares at the open on Feb. 28, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $121 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 23, 2024, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Feb. 20, 2024.
