Core One Announces Resignation of Board and Executive Management Team

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - May 5, 2025 - Core One Labs Inc. (CSE: COOL), (OTCQB: CLABF), (Frankfurt: LD6, WKN: A3CSSU) (the "Company" or "Core One"), announces that, effective immediately, all members of the Company's board of directors and executive management team have resigned from their respective roles.

The Company extends its sincere thanks to the departing board and management for their time, leadership, and contributions during a challenging period.

Due to ongoing market challenges and regulatory constraints, the Company regrets to announce that it is currently unable to pursue its previously stated business objectives and milestones. In particular, the Company notes that the British Columbia Securities Commission took steps which prevented the Company from completing a proposed equity financing, which was critical to the advancement of its business operations and objectives.
