CIBC ASSET MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES CIBC ETF CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR MARCH 2022

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's CIBC Asset Management Inc. has declared the March, 2022, cash distributions for CIBC exchange-traded funds and the ETF series of the CIBC fixed-income pools, which distribute monthly and quarterly.

Unitholders of record on March 31, 2022, will receive cash distributions on April 5, 2022. Details of the final per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
