The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Ceres Global Ag Corp. will be delisted at the close on July 8, 2025. According to the TSX, 1001239530 Ontario Inc., a newly formed entity controlled by Bartlett Grain Company LLC, has acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Ceres for $4.50 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to a plan of arrangement.
