The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, March 8, edition that Echelon Partners analyst Rob Goff is sticking with his "sector perform" recommendation for Converge Technology Solutions. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Goff's share target edged up 45 cents to $6.25. Analysts on average target the shares at $6.14. Mr. Goff thinks "strong demand and financial execution [have brought] significant deleveraging while building investor confidence" for Converge Technologies. Mr. Goff says in a note: "Delivering Q4 results to guidance and above peer performance levels supports positive revaluation considerations where Converge Technology Solutions despite its 80-per-cent six-month recovery remains discounted to slower growth peers. The introduction of Q124 together with 2024 guidance should increase confidence while nudging the consensus EBITDA forecast upwards. We are particularly impressed with the full-year EBITDA guidance in a year where Converge Technology is investing in seasoned talent to strengthen its sales and technical capabilities. ... While working its way out of the show me category, we consider Converge Technology shares to be significantly undervalued."
