CITY VIEW GREEN HOLDINGS INC. ANNOUNCES FINAL TRANCHE CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT RAISING $725,000

City View Green Holdings Inc. has completed a second and final tranche closing of its non-brokered private placement previously announced on April 23, 2026, and increased on May 15, 2026. Under the second tranche, the company has issued three million units for gross proceeds of $150,000. In connection with the second tranche, the company paid finders' fees of $7,000 and issued 140,000 finders' warrants, which warrants have the same terms as the unit warrants. In conjunction with the entire offering, the company also paid a corporate finance advisory fee of $14,000 and issued 70,000 corporate finance warrants, which warrants have the same terms as the unit warrants. All securities issued at this closing are subject to a hold period expiring Sept. 30, 2026, in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Together with the first tranche closing announced May 15, 2026, the company has raised a total of $725,000 from the sale of 14.5 million units. These proceeds will be used for general working capital.
