CYMBRIA'S INVESTMENT IN EDGEPOINT

With the assistance of an independent valuator and the valuation committee, the value of Cymbria Corp.'s investment in EdgePoint Wealth Management Inc. has been increased from $242,408,583 to $254,981,520. It is expected this will result in an increase to Cymbria's net asset value per share of approximately 0.8 per cent or 54 cents per share.

After the revaluation, EdgePoint will represent approximately 15.9 per cent of Cymbria's portfolio.
