The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Cymbria Corp. has made an offer to redeem up to $39,162,150 of its Class A shares, at a price equal to 97 per cent of the net asset value per Class A share for the five trading days immediately preceding the redemption date. According to the TSX, the redemption election notice deadline is 5 p.m. Toronto time on Feb. 20, 2024, the redemption date is Feb. 22, 2024, and the redemption payment date is March 7, 2024.

The TSX reports that registered holders of Class A shares wishing to tender some or all of their Class A shares may do so by completing and delivering a notice of redemption and a corresponding share certificate representing such Class A shares (only if Class A shares are held in certificate form) to any of the offices of Computershare Investor Services Inc. set out on the reverse side of the notice of redemption by the redemption election notice deadline.

Beneficial holders of Class A shares wishing to tender some or all of their Class A shares held in the book-entry-only system administered by CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. may do so by notifying the CDS participant through which the Class A shares are held that they intend to tender some or all of their Class A shares. The CDS participant must, on behalf of the beneficial holders, provide the required redemption information on-line to Computershare via CDSX no later than the redemption election notice deadline, indicating that such beneficial holders wish to tender some or all of their Class A shares.

The TSX notes that in the event that a greater number of Class A shares are tendered for redemption than the number to be redeemed, the Class A shares shall be redeemed pro rata, disregarding fractions, according to the number of Class A shares tendered for redemption by each holder in minimum amounts of 100 Class A shares. Trades in the Class A shares on Feb. 16, 2024, will settle on Feb. 20, 2024, and trades from 9:30 a.m. Toronto time to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Feb. 20, 2024, will settle on the same day. The Class A shares will continue trading at the open on Feb. 22, 2024, under the symbol CYB and Cusip No. 23257X 10 9.
