CYMBRIA'S INVESTMENT IN EDGEPOINT

With the assistance of an independent valuator and the valuation committee, the value of Cymbria Corp.'s investment in EdgePoint Wealth Management Inc. has been increased from $254,981,520 to $295,689,096. It is expected this will result in an increase to Cymbria's share of net asset value of approximately 2.4 per cent or $1.80 per share.

After the revaluation, EdgePoint will represent approximately 16.7 per cent of Cymbria's portfolio.
