Neo Exchange Inc. has granted final approval for the additional listing of up to 66,666,667 common shares of Cybin Inc. on Neo, pursuant to an underwritten prospectus offering of units. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of 51 U.S. cents at any time on or after the date that is six months after the issuance until May 14, 2029, subject to acceleration in certain circumstances.

The additional common shares will be listed on Neo at the start of trading on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, subject to confirmation of closing of the offering.

The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on Neo. Upon due exercise of the warrants, the common shares underlying the warrants will be listed and posted for trading.
