DOUBLEVIEW ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Doubleview Gold Corp. has granted incentive stock options to certain consultants of the company to acquire an aggregate of 500,000 common shares in the capital of the company at an exercise price of 51 cents in accordance with the company's 10-per-cent rolling incentive stock option plan. The options are exercisable for a five-year term expiring Feb. 19, 2030, and will become fully vested immediately.
